Do you know what it feels like when something has been placed on your heart but you didn’t do it? And you haven’t felt peace about it until you completed it? That is what this blog is it for me! Something that I knew I need to do.
There are a couple of reasons why I’ve decided to start a blog and publicly share my journey with you and the world.
Over the past several years, I have been sharing my struggles with an eating disorder with friends and family. I was shocked to find out how many people have also struggled with this or know someone who has struggled with an eating disorder. What I find interesting is, eating disorders impact so many people but we never talk about it. Why? What are we so afraid of?
I want to share my journey with the world! When I began to look for ways to share my story, my struggles and my wins on a larger scale, that is when I made the decision to share this journey through a blog. But this blog is more than my journey, I will be sharing recipes that are helping me to fall in love with food, different tips that help me eat 3 meals a day plus so much more. I truly hope that you will find value in what I am sharing.
